Winter has settled in and it sure is beautiful. It's been a lot of fun to see all the tracks in the snow. There have been signs of otter and beaver activity on the ice, lots of deer tracks, as well as squirrels, rabbits, mice and other small critters. They seem to be enjoying meals of seeds. The woodpeckers, Nuthatches and Chickadees have been ever present on the bird feeders. The woodpeckers are enjoying the suet and fattier meals. Slide into a pair of skis or snowshoes and head out in nature. There's lots to see. Share your nature photos and notes to
