You will guide students, teachers and parents in hands-in-the-dirt, immersive explorations of nature during Nature School overnight field trips, as well as lead summer camp and adult education programs and activities.

NATURALIST

VOLUNTEER

Long Lake Conservation Center is looking for Master Naturalist, or other people with a passion and deep understanding of the outdoor to volunteer with environmental education programs and activities.

 

You will teach or co-teach Nature School classes, leading students, teachers and parents in immersive explorations of nature..

DISHWASHER/

HOUSEKEEPER

$14.57-$17.06/Hour

Up to 67 days per year

You will wash dishes, assist the cook as needed and perform housekeeping. This will be a fairly even mix of dishwashing and housekeeping. Housekeeping includes cleaning dormitory style rooms, bathrooms and other common areas. You must have a great attitude and enjoy a fast-paced, youth-centered environments

PART-TIME COOK

Starting at $15/hour 

Paid time off and holidays!

Live on site available

Up to 29 hours per week

You will prepare and cook a variety of foods in large quantities for visiting schools, rental groups, and summer camp participants. Typical shifts are from 2 - 8 p.m. with some weekends. Responsibilities also include washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen. Professional cooking experience is preferred, but not required. A great attitude is a must.
